Noah Meyer of Levey Miller Maretz has leased 15,500 s/f of industrial space at 1180 Sherman Ave. Meyer represented the owner, The Estate of Louis Landino and Tricia Burke of Weichert Real Estate represented the tenant, Enerlume Energy Management. The company plans on expanding its business into the new location.
Shawn Reilly of Levey Miller Maretz represented both buyer and seller in the sale of the property located at 630 Ella Grasso Blvd. in New Haven, consisting of 6,218 s/f on 2.4 acres in IL zone for $330,000. The property was sold by Eastern Fire Door Company Inc. to Paint World for expansion of its business.
A lease was executed between The Playground, Inc. and DFP Enterprises for 7,500 s/f at 2 Toelles Rd., Unit 1, Wallingford, directly opposite exit 13 of I-91. The Playground, Inc. will be one of the largest dog daycare centers in the state.
They will offer many services such as training classes, massage, acupuncture, and eventually grooming.
The initial lease is 50 months with two three year options.
