According to Scott Zakos, partner with Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC, the property located at 110 Raton Dr. and formerly owned and occupied by JKB Tool Company, has been sold to Cadcom Inc. Both manufacturing companies are expanding their current operations, while JKB, a medical devise manufacturing and precision Swiss screw machining company, plans to occupy a 26,000 s/f manufacturing building on the same street. Cadcom will occupy the 10,400 s/f fully air conditioned building, situated on 2.5 acres of land.
The sale price was $1 million or $96.15 per s/f.
Daniel and Richard Meisenheimer of Cadcom, Inc., a manufacturer of aerospace parts and components, are excited to stay in Milford expanding from its current Quirk Rd. location.
Dan Boynton of Boynton Commercial was the listing broker and Zakos represented the purchaser. Legal counsel for the seller was Tony DeChello Esq. of Pelligrino Law Firm in New Haven, and for the purchaser, Dave Piechota, Esq. of Dey Smith & Collier LLC of Milford.
