Southington, CT According to Charter Realty, it has leased space to Smashburger. Peter Levine of Charter represented the tenant in the deal.

Charter worked with the owner of the location, West Queen Developers, to secure this location for Smashburger.

The new Smashburger location is near People’s United Bank, Dunkin Donuts, and KFC. It is also adjacent to an authorized Verizon retailer.

Smashburger is a burger chain known for its thin, crispy burgers. It was founded in Denver, Colorado and now has over 300 locations in 32 states and 5 countries.
