Lewis of Vidal Wettenstein handles $10.5 million building sale

Westport, CT Vidal Wettenstein LLC has completed the sale of 877 Post Rd. for $10.5 million.

This 30,000 s/f two-story retail/office plaza was developed and locally owned and operated since 1970 by Rosenfeld Realty & Development. 877 Post Rd. East is located at the four-way signalized intersection of Post Rd. and the Sherwood Island Connector. 

The seller was 877 Limited Partnership and the buyer is a locally based entity, 877 PRE, LLC. 

The property was 90% leased at time of closing and will be undergoing some cosmetic enhancements this year.

Robert Lewis, partner at Vidal Wettenstein, who has been responsible for negotiating several of the current tenants’ leases on behalf of ownership, was the sole broker in this sale.

Vidal Wettenstein is a Westport based commercial real estate firm that works with local, regional, national and international clients. The firm is embarking on its 51st year in business.
