Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC has brokered the sale of 139-141 Main St. The antique 4,000 s/f retail building sold for $4.34 million. Robert Lewis, partner at Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC, represented the seller, D&J Main Street, LLC, while the buyer, United Realty of Connecticut, Inc. was represented by Stephen Westerberg of First Service Williams. Legal counsel for the seller was Robert Grant of Westport, and the buyer was represented by Bruce Cohen of Fogerty, Cohen, Selby & Nemiroff, LLC in Greenwich. In another recent transaction, Lewis represented Communico Ltd. in the leasing of its 2,810 s/f new office space at 19 Ludlow Rd. in Westport. The listing broker was Dave Fugitt, SIOR of John D. Hastings Real Estate in Westport. Communico Ltd. is a long term Westport-based company providing customer service training and strategies to world-class companies.
