North Pointe, a 74-unit apartment community, was purchased for $14.78 million by Manhattan-based buyer Philips International from seller RDM LLC.
Built in 2005, North Pointe is a 90,705 s/f two building complex located a mile off of Rte. 3 and comprised of 25 one-bedroom and 49 two-bedroom units. Amenities include a fitness center, reading room and a community room.
