Reading, MA The property at 25-27 Minot St. was sold on December 29th, 2022, for $2.445 million. The property is a 12-unit two building multifamily complex.

Boston City Group, Inc.’s Caroline Ligotti, Linda Redeker and Emily McGranaghan represented the buyer, 25-27 Minot LLC, to complete the transaction.

Built in the early 1960s on a .42 acre lot, the 8,760 s/f brick complex is comprised of 10 one-bedroom, and two studio units. The units are spacious, separately metered with high ceilings and private outdoor space with each. The property also features a back yard lawn and on-site private parking lot with spaces for all of the tenants.

The complex is located close to shopping and the MBTA Commuter Rail Station in Reading Center. The property is also located close to I-95, with a 25 minute drive to downtown Boston.
