Hopkinton, NH Brenda Litchfield, Concord Commercial Real Estate, represented Joan and Russell Day in the sale of their investment property at 12 Maple St. The mixed-use property was purchased for $150,000 by Brian Cressy. Jacqueline Hudkins of Hudkins Law handled the closing.

Litchfield also represented Irish Holdings LLC in the purchase of 672 Currier Rd.  The property transferred for $254,000.  The seller, Ed Bender, was represented by Rhonda Rood, of Coldwell Banker Lifestyles Warner.  Financing was handled by Jon Jones of Franklin Savings Bank.
