Location, Location, Location is the name of the game on the South Shore!

The South Shore/Canal Regional Economic Development District would like to invite all brokers, investors and real estate professionals to join us for our annual Site Selection/Economic Development Bus Tour of the South Shore and Canal Region on May 15th 2013. The bus tour which highlights not only available commercial/industrial land and buildings but commercial/industrial projects of major importance all along the South Shore and Canal route. Many of these projects are in various stages of development so you will get to see hands on projects that are creating hundreds of local jobs and investing hundreds of millions of dollars in our local communities. New to this year, attendees are given the option of a north or south route. Each tour will highlight these top 3 developments happening in our region; Mirbeau Inn & Spa, Summit Smith Health Care Facility and Cranberry Crescent LLC. There are over $100 million dollars invested in these 3 development projects alone with dozens of other top development sites highlighted on the tour! From Marshfield to Bourne our development routes will bring you through the latest in village center developments as well as 300,000 square foot retail centers currently underway. This region is flourishing and focusing on business attraction, retention and expansion. This is a must attend event for anyone financing, brokering, leasing or appraising properties in the area. You will get the latest status on all regional development projects and is an excellent networking opportunity! Cost is $25 which includes a light breakfast and lunch as well as a property briefing handout for each attendee. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the buses will leave promptly at 9:00 a.m. from the Pinehills in Plymouth.
