Low of NAI Plotkin sells Rite Aid Plaza for $2.5 million

Rite Aid Plaza, Northampton Street - Holyoke, MA

 

Holyoke, MA William Low, senior vice president of NAI Plotkin has sold the Rite Aid Plaza on Northampton St. for $2.5 million. Low represented the seller and procured the buyer. The 25,000 s/f center also has a Subway, a bank ATM and a convenience store as tenants. 

“We had a lot of interest in the plaza and four offers. The owner accepted an offer from a well know local developer we knew would close,” Low said.
