Rick Lowe and Brandon Leitner of Cresa Boston represented Kearney, Donovan & McGee P.C., a law firm that provides government and lobbying services, and The Strategy Group, a public affairs and community relations firm, in the restructure of a 6,760 s/f office lease at 40 Court St. in the city's Financial District. Both companies occupy a portion of the 11th floor in the 109,795 s/f building.
According to Leitner, this "blend and extend" transaction resulted in immediate savings for the joint tenants.
The landlord, Brickman 40 Court LLC, was represented by Tim Lyne and Bill Crean of CBRE.
