McNamara of Poirier Realty handles $950,000 purchase for DC Realty, LLC

DC Realty LLC purchased the former C-Plastics manufacturing building at 243 Whitney St. for $950,000. The property includes 6 acres of land and a large paved parking area, four loading docks, 14-18' ceilings, and 10,000 s/f of finished office space. DC Realty plans on its subsidiary, Creative Print Products Inc. using the office space and part of the warehouse space. The remainder of the warehouse space will be leased. With 2,000 amps of power, city water and sewer, newly renovated offices, and proximity to Rte. 2 and I-190, the property gives the buyer room to expand its growing business. Tom McNamara of Poirier Realty assisted the buyer and Rick Cuddy of Foster Healey Realty represented the seller.
