Haverhill, MA Lupoli Companies, a developer known for transforming gateway cities, announced the start of preleasing and pricing information for The Heights at Haverhill, a new luxury apartment community located on the Merrimack River at 160 Merrimack St.

The ten-story glass and steel building features 42 luxury one and two bedroom apartment units. Amenities include floor-to-ceiling windows, spa-like bathrooms, solid stone countertops, an in-home washer and dryer, a fitness center, and a terrace option. All but seven units feature a terrace and a view of the Merrimack River.

The Heights will offer a fitness center and dog run area for all residents.  There are plans to open upscale Italian restaurant Bosa on the first floor early next year, along with a rooftop bar called Bar Bosa.

The Heights offers a higher quality of living where convenience meets luxury. Residents can expect room-service style delivery from the on-site restaurant after opening.

Tenants are expected to begin move-in this month.

“We’re so excited about the overwhelming amount of interest in The Heights at Haverhill,” said Salvatore Lupoli, the president and CEO of Lupoli Companies. “With only 42 units, these apartments are very exclusive and are going to go very quickly. We look forward to offering the most luxurious living experience in Haverhill. The Heights at Haverhill offers a little bit of everything, and we’re so excited to join the bustling scene of downtown Haverhill. Whether residents want to live a vehicle-free lifestyle and take advantage of the convenient public transport or want to commute outside the city to view Massachusetts’ many attractions, the location is ideal for both lifestyles.”

The development is .5 miles from the commuter rail and is surrounded by bars, restaurants, and boutiques that residents can venture out and enjoy.

Lupoli Companies, the developers of The Heights at Haverhill, were recently ranked as the fifth biggest developer in Massachusetts by the Boston Business Journal. They were also named one of Massachusetts most charitable companies by the same publication.
