NB Development Group appoints new president - and other promotions

Boston, MA NB Development Group, the developer and manager of mixed-use Boston Landing which encompasses 15 acres within the Allston-Brighton neighborhood, completed several recent promotions.

Jim Halliday has been named president. With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, and eight of those with NB Development Group, Halliday is responsible for the overall direction of the company’s portfolio. 

Keith Craig has been named senior director of development. 

Robert Graham has been appointed to senior director of construction and operations. 

Peter Henderson is now the director of finance and accounting and is responsible for managing the development project reporting, financial reporting and financial controls for the company, its property holdings and its development projects. 

Erin Harvey has been appointed director of leasing and marketing.
