Hull, MA A new luxury condominium project at 120 Nantasket Ave. is nearing completion, with move-in dates projected for late June or July 2025. Overlooking the Nantasket Beach shoreline, the four-story, $22 million development features 21 ocean-view residences located just 25 minutes from Boston by ferry.
Developed by Enrique Darer and Jonathan Leavitt, with architecture by Leavitt Associates, the building replaces a site once home to a bathhouse, aquarium, motel, and music club. The new construction offers a rare opportunity to own a thoughtfully crafted waterfront home. ReyCon is in charge of construction for the project.
Residences include a mix of one- to three-bedroom floorplans, each with private balconies and views of the Atlantic Ocean. A selection of two-level penthouse units feature spacious layouts with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and dedicated studies. Units range from 697 to 1,738 s/f.
Designed for year-round enjoyment, the building features a swimming pool, on-site gym, and 37 at-grade parking spaces beneath the structure. Residences are accessed from the rear of the building to preserve the nearly floor-to-ceiling ocean-facing windows. On a clear day, residents can see past Boston Light, the oldest lighthouse station in the United States.
“This is a project inspired by a deep appreciation for its coastal setting,” said Darer, co-developer and sales agent with Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, who is representing the project alongside Arman Mavai. “We set out to create homes that feel both refined and effortless, where waking up to the sound of waves isn’t a getaway, but everyday life.”
“For those seeking a lifestyle that seamlessly blends modern design with the serenity of the sea, 120 Nantasket truly delivers,” said Mavai. “We’re proud to introduce something exceptional to the South Shore – an opportunity to embrace coastal luxury in a way that feels both elevated and inviting.”
“We’re extremely proud of this one-of-a-kind oceanfront project that brings new dimension and offerings to the iconic Nantasket Beach area,” said Michael Reynolds, president of ReyCon.
