Lyman of Lyman Real Estate brokers 1,693 s/f retail lease
Deep River, CT According to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, AJ’s Pizza has signed a five-year lease on one of the three retail spaces at 497 Winthrop Rd. (Rte. 80), next to Rte. 145. Lyman represented owner Fred Zobel of Jean’s Legacy, LLC, who occupies one of the spaces.
Lessees Manuel M. and Robinson Rojas of New Haven said their 1,693 s/f pizza restaurant will also sell groceries and lottery tickets. The building, built in 1968, was renovated in 2007, and given a new roof and HVAC system in 2016. The property offers parking, central air, private septic and well, and flexible lease terms.
