Lyman of Lyman Real Estate completes leases totaling 8,767 s/f

Killingly, CT According to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, the building at 71 Westcott Rd. is now completely leased to three new tenants. For all three deals, Lyman was the agent for the lessor, Levy Properties, LLC, West Hartford.
Community Health Resources (CHR) leased 4,900 s/f in the building. CHR is a nonprofit comprehensive behavioral health provider for adults, children and families in Connecticut. Roger Mercier of Loomis Remax represented CHR as the agent.
Another 3,375 s/f was leased to Danielson Pharmacy, LLC, and Sandhya R. Kantamaneni, Pharmacist, as the entity Reliant Specialty RX, Satya Valiveti, Ph.D.
Seamstress Camecia Cineus leased the final 492 s/f that was available.
