Lyman of Lyman Real Estate completes sale of 4.32 acres

Colchester, CT Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, has completed the sale of a 4.32 acre parcel in downtown at 43 Broadway. The land is situated at the Town Green, which is located at the intersection of Rtes. 85 and 16.

Lyman was the sole broker for the $520,000 transaction between seller Cheryl Dolloff, Trustee of Karen Rochette Trust, Denise Wagner Trust and Deborah Chyinski Trust, and buyer Jamie Noel of JJ Noel Realty, LLC. Noel also owns the abutting property at 15 Broadway, with Rite Aid and Starbucks tenants. Property was purchased for future retail development.
