Lyman of Lyman Real Estate sells six acres to SUNMAR/RAF Builders in Montville

Montville, CT Two parcels of land totaling almost six and a half acres have been sold at 44 and 48 Saltbox Ln., according to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, who acted as agent for the seller, Tarragon Corp.

The buyer was SUNMAR/RAF Builders, LLC, of Quaker Hill, with Bill Heenan of Heritage Properties acting as their agent. SUNMAR/RAF has not yet announced their plans for the property, but the land is zoned for medium density residential development.

Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development, headquartered in Westbrook, represents commercial and residential buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
