Lyman Real Estate arranges building sale to 360 Design Plus

Old Saybrook, CT Architect David Noe has purchased the property at 27 North Main St., and will be moving 360 Design Plus, his full-service architectural firm, to the new location.

The deal was arranged by Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development, representing seller Peter Alvord, who has relocated his Shoreline Sewing Machine Co. to The Velvet Mill in Stonington. Noe will be moving 360 Design Plus from Old Lyme to the new property.

The firm offers a wide range of services, including planning and interior design, to residential and commercial clients. Among the firm’s specialties are custom homes, tenant fit-out, retail space, and commercial design.
