Lyman Real Estate completes
$300,000 sale of 6,495 s/f property

Haddam, CT According to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development, Lyman has completed the sale of the commercial property at 125 Saybrook Rd., Rte. 154.

Lyman Brokerage & Development associate Sam Lyman represented seller Lawrence Conti. Jim Neckermann, Realtor, represented buyer Performance Asset Group LLC/Mark Balaban. The purchase price was $300,000 in an all-cash deal.

The property has 6,495 s/f of space on 0.68 acres. It was most recently used as an auto repair shop, and a gas station before that. The new owner plans to bring back the gas station and to continue using the location as an auto repair shop.
