Lyman Real Estate finalizes two leases totaling 6,200 s/f in Mansfield
Mansfield, CT Arbella Insurance and Behavioral Wellness Center have leased office spaces at 6 Ledgebrook Dr., part of a professional office park. Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, acted as the sole agent on both transactions. The building is located across from East Brook Mall, off Rte. 6 and North Frontage Rd., near Storrs Rd.
Arbella Insurance is occupying 3,340 s/f. Behavioral Wellness Center is taking 2,860 s/f. The lessor is Eastbrook Heights Associates (Tolland) owned by Tom Crossen.
