The Geenty Group leases 4,000 s/f to TXX Services
North Branford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports a three-year lease with options to extend 2 units at 5 Enterprise Dr. The tenant is TXX Services, Inc. John Hunt. is the president.
TXX Services handles warehouse distribution of products for the medical industry. This is a branch distribution facility for a well-established Long Island, N.Y.-based firm.
The space is 4,000 s/f warehouse with a truck dock and a drive-in door with 16’ ceiling heights. The landlord is K. Russo Construction, Inc.
Kevin Geenty SIOR was the agent for the tenant. Bill Clark, also of The Geenty Group, was the agent for the landlord.
