Lyman Real Estate handles two land sales

Montville, CT A large parcel of land has changed hands. The sales of the 59.96 acres on Chesterfield Rd. was arranged by Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, who was the agent for seller William Friedman of Tarragon Corp. and Beachwold Residential LLC (DBA). The buyer was Zachary Cash, represented by Cathy Newlin of Coldwell Banker, Glastonbury. The sale price was not disclosed.

Designated Lot #66, Chesterfield Rd., the parcel is across from the Leonard J. Tyl Middle School and down the street from Montville High School. It lies 3.5 miles from I-395, 6 miles from Mohegan Sun Casino, and 8 miles from Rte. 11. The purchaser has not yet announced plans for the R-80 zoned land. 

Middlesex Habitat for Humanity has purchased the 0.67 acre lot at 382 Hammock Rd. North in Westbrook. This deal was also handled by Lyman. The seller was Catherine M. Linde of Westbrook, who was represented by her daughter Mary Linde, an agent with Weichert Realty. The sale price was not disclosed.
