Lyman Real Estate leases 1,982 s/f to Ben & Jerry’s

Old Saybrook, CT According to Lyman Real Estate CEO Ron Lyman, CCIM, Ben & Jerry’s will be coming to downtown, occupying a 1,982 s/f space at 19 Main St. Lyman acted as broker for the landlord. The new Scoop Shop is targeted to be open by late summer, serving up Ben & Jerry’s specialty ice cream, frozen yogurt, sorbet, smoothies, ice cream cakes and other treats.

The building also houses a Starbucks and has a 2,470 s/f space available between the coffee house and the new Ben & Jerry’s. Lyman describes the location as “at the gateway of Main St. in the heart of downtown Old Saybrook, with high visibility, high traffic count and high foot traffic.”
