Lyman Real Estate leases 7,200 s/f to Morrotte Trucking in Bozrah

Bozrah, CT Marrotte Trucking LLC, based in Willimantic, has expanded to a 7,200 s/f facility at 171 Fitchville Rd., situated on two acres near Rte. 2. The lease with an option to buy was brokered by Lyman Real Estate of Westbrook, who represented the landlord in the transaction.
CEO Ron Lyman, CCIM, said Marrotte will use the building to store client cargo, as well as to store and service its trucks, trailers, towing equipment and automobiles. Marrotte Trucking offers logistics to clients in the lower 48 states, with plans to add service to Canada. They haul industrial machinery, general freight, sheet metal and intermodal containers, providing support from port to final destination.
