North Haven, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC completed the lease of 5,162 s/f of office space at 556 Washington Ave. Toby Brimberg of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the landlord, 556 Washington Ave., LLC who purchased the building in 2015. The landlord recently spent more than $250,000 on tenant and overall building improvements. The 15,700 s/f building is now fully leased.
The new tenant, Aware Recovery Services, Inc. was represented by John Proto of Coldwell Banker Commercial. Aware Recovery Services, Inc. (dba Aware Recovery Care (ARC)) are healthcare professionals who, working with addiction specialists, have leveraged their extensive professional experiences to build a ground-breaking, research tested, at-home approach to drug and alcohol addiction care built on the visiting nurse model.
