Lyman Real Estate leases new location to EASTCONN
1320 Main Street - Willimantic, CTWillimantic, CT This fall the educational non-profit EASTCONN will be moving its facility from Windham Mills to 1320 Main St., according to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, which owns the new location. Lyman said the lease will begin November 1 after work on refitting the space for the new tenant is completed this summer.
EASTCONN, created in 1980 by Connecticut law, serves 36 boards of education in 33 communities through seven locations in northeastern Conn.
