Lyman Real Estate sells 2+ acres to Arconn Realty, LLC
Haddam, CT Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development, sold 2+ acres at 105 Bridge Rd., which is slated for multifamily development. Lyman represented the seller, CCC Haddam LLC. The buyers are Arconn Realty, LLC, represented by John LoMonte Real Estate.
The site was recently re-zoned to accommodate 20 units per acre, for a total of 48 units. A preliminary study for on-site sanitary systems confirmed the feasibility of developing 48 one-bedroom units in six separate two-story buildings, plus an amenity building with fitness and community spaces. However, the new owners have not yet announced their specific plans for the property. The site has newly installed municipal water and the town plans new sidewalks next year.
