Lyman Real Estate signs 5,980 s/f to State of Conn. Judicial Branch
Ron Lyman, CCIM, owner and broker of Lyman Real Estate, signed a five-year lease with two five-year options with the State of Connecticut, Judicial Branch, Adult Probation.
Lyman is the owner of the plaza located on Main St.
The Judicial Branch will occupy 5,980 s/f in the 51,450 s/f center.
Other tenants include: Sherwin Williams, Brio Hairdressing Academy, State Library, Social Security Administration, Department of Labor and several others.
Pelletier Builders, Inc. was contracted to complete the tenant improvements.
