Hooksett, NH KeyPoint Partners negotiated the sale of an outparcel  to Nouria Energy Corp. Vice president of retail brokerage Don Mace handled the transaction on behalf of the seller. The 1.63-acre parcel is located on Hooksett Rd. at the entrance to the Hooksett Village Shops, and currently houses a Nouria gas/convenience location.
