Maggiore Construction to provide construction management for $6.7 million Infiniti dealership project

Nashua, NH Maggiore Construction Corp. of Woburn will be providing construction management services to Abrecht Auto Group for the $6.7 million redevelopment of the Infiniti of Nashua dealership located on Marmon Dr.

The project, which includes the demolition of two existing buildings and construction of a 34,300 s/f facility, is underway and is slated for completion in May 2017. The new Infiniti building will house the dealership’s showroom, service area, parts department and corporate offices.

The design of the facility was completed by The Curtis Architectural Group of Newton, headed by James Mullarkey.

“We are pleased to be involved with another exciting project for Albrecht Auto Group,” said Paul Maggiore, CEO. “We have completed numerous projects for the Abrecht family over the past thirty years and look forward to continuing our fine working relationship.”

Maggiore’s team on site includes Gifford Perry as senior project manager and Peter Lentine as site superintendent.

Maggiore Construction, the construction arm of The Maggiore Companies, was formed in 1976 and provides full construction services for a diverse clientele and its own portfolio.
