Angel of Angel Commercial, LLC sells 730-750 Commerce Drive for $1.6 million

Fairfield, CT Angel Commercial, LLC completed the sale of a 11,042 s/f industrial building located on 0.76 acre at 730-750 Commerce Dr., for $1.6 million. Jon Angel, president at Angel Commercial represented the buyer and the seller.

730 Commerce Drive LLC purchased the property from Commerce Properties LLC and Babcock Holdings LLC.

Five Star Products, Inc., a provider of non-shrink cement and epoxy-based construction solutions, previously occupied the space. “The company outgrew the building,” said Angel. “They moved to a larger facility in Shelton, CT.”

The attorney for the seller was Abby Bates, Esq., of Roberts & Bates, P.C., in Stamford, CT, and the buyer’s attorney was Stephan B. Grozinger, Esq, from Weston, CT.
