Magna Realty Associates opens new 1,800 s/f office
According to Mark Shair, president of M&J Associates, Inc. Magna Realty Associates has opened at 255 Worcester St. Rte. 9 West. Magna has leased 1,800 s/f in an 8,200 s/f strip center on the westbound side of Rte. 9. Magna is a full service residential brokerage company. It employs a full staff of very experienced brokers and salespeople that serve the entire metro west area. In addition to brokerage services, Magna offers an in-house real estate school to train real estate agents. M&J Associates is a full service commercial brokerage that represented the landlord and procured the tenant for the property. M&J is located at 120 Wells Ave., Newton.
