Quinn of Parsons Commercial Group represents Sixty Pleasant Realty LLC in $1.9 million purchase

Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. (PCG) has completed of the sale of 60 Pleasant St. for $1.9 million. Garrett Quinn, associate at Parsons Commercial Group represented the buyer, Sixty Pleasant Realty LLC, and will continue as the leasing agent for the property. 60 Pleasant St. is a 73,475 s/f industrial warehouse facility on 4.16 acres. "The building will be owner occupied in a portion of the property with up to 50,000 s/f (sub-dividable) of space to be leased. The property offers flexible floor plans, a cost effective rate and a superior location to major routes," said Quinn who is already seeking the right synergy of tenants that will complement the facility. "This type of building is one of only a few in this market featuring 24' ceiling heights, fully air conditioned warehouse, half mile to commuter rail and in good condition," Quinn said. The seller, Gamewell Realty Inc., was represented by Richard Putprush of REP Realty Advisors. Parsons Commercial is a commercial real estate firm servicing the Suburban Boston markets. The company is a leading provider of commercial real estate services including, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, property and asset management, development and construction management, advisory and distressed asset advisory services.
