At its June meeting, the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) board of directors unanimously elected the following officers for the 2009/2010 fiscal year.
President: Raymond Cota, Jr., Webber Oil Company
Vice President: Dana Totman, Avesta Housing
Vice President: Thomas Lea, Peoples United Bank, dba Maine Bank & Trust
Treasurer: William Shanahan, Northern New England Housing Investment Fund
Assistant Treasurer: James Otis, Otis | Atwell

Secretary/Registered Agent: Dennis Keeler, Pierce Atwood, LLP
Founded in 1985, MEREDA is an organization of commercial real estate owners, developers and related service providers, whose mission is to promote an environment for responsible development and ownership of real estate throughout the state of Maine.
