Maine Realty Advisors facilitates two sales and hires Chappell as vice president

Portland, ME Maine Realty Advisors (MRA) has completed the following deals.

• 306-308 Water St., Gardiner, ME, a 1,375 s/f retail building, sold to Odin and Winstop Properties LLC, Bryce Coffin, and Sean Perry by Cynthia Malcolm for $71,400. Ben Spencer of Maine Realty Advisors facilitated this transaction.

• 1 Varrell Ln., Unit 18, York Harbor, ME, a 1,009 s/f office space, sold to Karen Harman, Psy. D., LLC by JP Art LLC for $230,000. Ryan Carey of Maine Realty Advisors and David Choates of Colliers International facilitated the transaction.

In addition Maine Realty Advisors has hired Asher Chappell, as vice president. Chappell joins Maine Realty Advisors’ brokerage team with over 20 years of experience in sales and operations. Prior to joining MRA, he co-founded Unified Parking Partners (UPP), a full-service parking management and leasing company, and served as its chief operating officer from 2013-2020.
