Mainsail Management completes two sales totaling
$18 million - 563-567 Columbus Avenue
Boston, MA Mainsail Management completed the sale of 563 - 567 Columbus Ave. The property was developed into nine condominiums, bringing in $9 million in sales.
Also, Mainsail Management finished 69 Montgomery St., which was developed into three condominiums. Also collecting $9 million in sales.
All sales were handled by Keliher Real Estate.
