On behalf of Griffith Properties, CBRE/New England completed 40,977 s/f in new leases at Lexington Crossing. Three office leases were signed at the five-building office park including Atmospherics & Environmental Research for 24,690 s/f; CliftonLarsenAllen, LLP for 12,976 s/f; and GeNo, LLC for 3,311 s/f. Lexington Crossing, located in the Rte. 128 Technology Corridor at the interchange of Rtes. 128 and 4/225, is comprised of 70 Westview St., 20 Maguire Rd., 81, 83 and 131 Hartwell Ave.
CBRE/NE's Andy Majewski, Jason Levendusky, Matt Siciliano, Rob Kinlin and Alex Plaisted represented the landlord.
Tucker Shade and Steve Woodworth from Savills Studley represented AER, a firm that helps government agencies anticipate and manage climate and weather related risks. Cresa's David Ross represented GeNo, a privately held biopharmaceutical company. NGKF's Andrew Blaustein and Troy Coady represented CliftonLarsonAllen, a professional services firm for wealth advisory, outsourcing and public accounting.

In addition to area amenities, the campus is adjacent to Hanscom Air Force Base and easily accessible from all directions.
