Majewski of CB Richard Ellis - N.E. Partners, LP executes 62,805 s/f lease for Behringer Harvard REIT I, Inc.

CB Richard Ellis - N.E. Partners, LP (CBRE/NE) has executed a lease at 15 Wayside Rd. Sybase, an industry leader in delivering enterprise and mobile software, will occupy 62,805 s/f at the building beginning in November. The space will serve as their new corporate headquarters. CBRE/NE's Andy Majewski, executive vice president/partner, represented landlord Behringer Harvard REIT I, Inc. Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) vice presidents Tyler Spring and Larry Bell represented the tenant. "Burlington Office Park is an institutional-quality office complex with a top-tier landlord and is located in one of Boston's most vibrant submarkets," said Majewski. "We are excited to welcome Sybase to Burlington Office Park." Burlington Office Park is a distinct class A office complex totaling 270,000 s/f. The park consists of 5 & 15 Wayside Rd. and offers premier finishes and amenities including a fitness center, full-service cafeteria, on-site management, and large and flexible floor plates.
