Twombly of Avison Young brokers 2,900 s/f lease for Paddock Limited Partnership

Avison Young has brokered a 2,900 s/f lease at 101 Tremont St. Avison Young vice president Matt Twombly represented the landlord, Paddock Limited Partnership. T3 Advisors vice president Jon Frisch represented the tenant, Dockyard, Inc. Known as the Paddock Building, 101 Tremont St. is an eleven-floor 70,000 s/f building in the city's Midtown submarket. Occupancy is slated for the fall of 2012. "Boston is one of the best markets for tech companies and we are pleased to find the right space for Dockyard in this market," said Twombly.
