Acosta Mosaic Group (AMG), a leading consumer packaged goods marketer, has leased 16,600 s/f for its new headquarters at Malkin Properties' MerrittView, according to Jeffrey Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building.
AMG will consolidate its current offices in Wilton and Darien, Conn. in the new space, on MerrittView's seventh floor. Malkin Construction will build out the facility, which is under lease through 2020.
"We were looking to relocate within the suburban Connecticut market, preferably at a single, convenient location that could accommodate the growing business of our two existing local offices," said Aidan Tracey, president of AMG. "MerrittView's quality, range of amenities, and proximity to major highways and mass transit persuaded us that it's a great place for our new regional office, and will enhance our presence in the area."
Newman, senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino, and leasing associate Tara Long represented the landlord in this transaction. The tenant was represented by Steve Crowley of SCA Commercial Real Estate and Bill Knight of Transwestern.
