RM Bradley signs two leases totaling 7,946 s/f

National Alliance on Mental Illness Connecticut signed a 6-year lease for 3,300 s/f at 576 Farmington Ave. This will be a relocation and expansion for NAMI which is currently located at 241 Main St. NAMI offers support, education and advocacy to people living with mental illnesses, their family members, friends, professionals and the public at large. RM Bradley Brokerage Company represented both NAMI Connecticut and the landlord on this transaction. In another transaction, Local Hartford firm, reSET signed a lease for 4,646 s/f of office space at 99 Pratt St. for their corporate headquarters office. reSET's mission is to promote, preserve and protect the concept of social enterprise and to help entrepreneurs leverage the power of business to create public good.
