Friedman, Gaythwaite, Wolf & Leavitt LLP (FGWL) leased 10,775 s/f of office space at 25 Pearl St. FGWL is relocated into this class A building from a class B space while downsizing into a more efficient layout and locking into a longer term lease with very advantageous rates. 25 Pearl St. is a 3-story office building with direct access to covered parking in an adjacent 8-deck garage. The landlord, 25 Pearl MHR LLC, has received a solid credit tenant for a long-term lease.
