Malone Commercial Brokers sell 10,030 s/f retail building for $2.88 million

South Portland, ME Malone Commercial Brokers has completed the sale of 357 Maine Mall Rd. The 10,030 s/f retail building sold to 357 Maine Mall Road, LLC for $2.88 million. Mark Malone and Nick Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing the seller) and John Finegan of The Boulos Company (representing the buyer) brokered the transaction.

After fifteen years serving as Maine’s only location of the Cracker Barrel restaurant franchise, the vacant space drew speculation about what would be the next chapter for this property. MCB reports that Great Bay Spa and Sauna will establish their second showroom featuring high quality hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas.

Sullivan & Sullivan brings 14 Class A office condos to auction

Stoneham, MA According to Sullivan & Sullivan Auctioneers, the auction firm will bring a rare, bulk purchase opportunity to investors via an absolute auction of 14 Class A office condominiums off I-93 near Spot Pond.
