Malone Commercial brokers two leases totaling 25,592 s/f
Carbonite has leased 22,592 s/f at 18-24 Mollison Way. The space will be a new customer and technical support center. Lewiston Properties LLC is the landlord. Jim Harnden and Matt Barney of Malone Commercial Brokers handled the transaction.
And in a lease in Scarborough, Pawsitively Pets leased 3,000 s/f in the Payne Road Plaza at 456 Payne Rd. Pende Associates, Inc. is the landlord. Mark Malone, CCIM of Malone Comm'l. negotiated the deal.
