Marazzo of Eastport R.E. Services relocates Melanoma Foundation

75 Washington Street - Norwell, MA

Norwell, MA Debra Marazzo, portfolio manager for Eastport Real Estate Services, oversaw a relocation project for Children’s Melanoma Prevention Foundation, a non-profit educational foundation for children and adults located at 75 Washington St.

The project included construction from shell to ready the premises for the relocation and expansion of the tenant.

The tenant relocation project began in September 2018 and was completed on October 31. Marazzo managed the construction project for the raw space that required a complete frame and finish to tenant’s specifications. She worked with subcontractors to ensure that the space felt bright and warm for the non-profit organization. Marazzo said, “I am very happy we were able to take a completely unfinished space and turn it into the cozy office that we did and in the timeframe required.”
