Lori Marchetti of Capstone Properties sold a 5,885 s/f mixed-use property at 800 West Shore Rd. for $150,500 for Aurora Bank FSB of Wilmington, Delaware. This was a bank-owned foreclosure sale.
Marchetti represented the bank in the sale to a private investor.
The property consists of a 4,325 s/f commercial building and a 2-story 1,560 s/f residential building.
