Marchewka of The Kane Co. sells 11,368 s/f for Anna and Grace LLC
Lavender Loft, LLC has purchased an 11,368 s/f industrial building for on 2.3 acres of land at 64-70 Epping Rd. for $600,000 from Anna and Grace, LLC.
Bob Marchewka of The Kane Co. listed the property and Dudley Clark of Shanley Realtors represented the buyer.
