T3 Advisors' Shreve and Hirshland broker 15,000 s/f lease for Constellation
According to T3 Advisors, Constellation Pharmaceuticals will sublease 15,000 s/f of office and lab space at 148 Sidney St.
Constellation is a biopharmaceutical company that will use the building to continue research in a new field of science.
T3 team members Mike Shreve and Roy Hirshland represented Constellation in the sublease negotiation.
